Our team has a vacancy for a Part Time Business Support Assistant 8.30am - 4.30pm every Wednesday & Friday based at the Cranbrook Family Hub, although you may be required to cover other centres in the Tunbridge Wells area and district. This role is key to providing professional and administrative support to practitioners supporting children and families.

We are looking for someone with a calm and organised approach who would like to make a positive contribution. You will need to demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills. You must be able to proactively manage your workload and support the wider team, whilst responding to urgent requests and deadlines. You will often be the first point of contact for our service and need to be confident in liaising with families, colleagues, and professionals within a multi‑agency environment. You will be working as the main point of contact on reception.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience and who is confident dealing with a variety of responsibilities and using a range of IT packages. You will be responsible for handling sensitive information, checking and recording data, as well as liaising with colleagues to arrange a variety of meetings.

The role is varied and interesting and we can offer opportunities for personal training and development within the service. You will be part of a wider West Kent team offering support to colleagues and families.
