We are pleased to share information regarding an exciting job opportunity available within our new and innovative Market Support Team.
We are seeking to recruit a Market Support Officer to join the team. The role will require travel across the county, but the successful candidate will primarily be covering the South Kent Coast area of Dover and Folkestone.
What does the team do?
This pivotal role within the Adults Commissioning Team involves working collaboratively with Commissioners, Community Teams, and others across the directorate to improve the quality of care in various care settings across the South Kent Coast area.
You will gather information about diverse care settings in Kent, visit and communicate with care providers, and use insights from people who draw on care and their families. You will develop, implement, and review quality improvement plans alongside multi-agency partners. If you want to make a difference to people in Kent who need care and support, this is the role for you!
