Covering Sittingbourne, Canterbury and Margate, this role offers variety and the chance to make a genuine impact. While you will work across the district, you'll likely spend much of your time in either Canterbury or Margate. As a key front-facing member of the team, you'll be the first point of contact for our learners - playing a vital role in shaping their experience from enquiry through to achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and supporting learners in person, by phone, and via email
  • Providing clear information and guidance on courses and services
  • Enrolling learners and managing student data accurately
  • Supporting exam processes, including entries and organising and running local examinations
  • Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. It can be busy and requires strong attention to detail, but it also offers the opportunity to work independently and make a real difference.

Working Hours and Flexibility

  • 18.5 hours per week
  • A flexible working pattern, including some variable hours
  • There may be one evening per week (until 9.30pm) during term time to support evening classes
