With a diverse portfolio of over 75 schemes at various stages of development, this role offers you the opportunity to contribute to the success of each project.
As a Project Support Officer, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. With a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient execution of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service and manage administrative tasks.
- Ensure the smooth operation of projects and handle mailbox enquiries from the team, public, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Arrange meetings, manage customer queries, and provide financial support, ensuring invoices are paid on time.
- Utilise Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power BI, to streamline processes and enhance project reporting and data analysis.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
