We are searching for a Business Support Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in helping our organisation operate efficiently and effectively.

You will be joining the Adult Social Care and Health Business Support Division, delivering business support to our Senior Leadership Team and frontline services empowering our residents to live their lives the way they want to.

We believe the importance of supporting people to be involved in everyday activities, make choices and feel part of their communities, or not, as anyone has the right to do, in a way that suits them.

The primary function of the Business Support Coordinator is to provide an effective business support provision to assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day functioning of the division, taking a proactive role in relation to supporting service delivery.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Act as a point of contact; assess and resolve telephone queries, monitor the mailbox, and produce and distribute correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate a range of meetings, including producing agendas, taking minutes and producing minutes.
  • Enter data into a range of systems, resolve queries and contribute to the development of monitoring processes.
  • Provide a flavour of what you will be doing and support the wide-ranging division, with opportunities to get involved in additional tasks.

  • Key qualifications
  • Proven experience in business support, administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a passion for problem‑solving.
  • A positive, can‑do mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
