We are looking for a part-time, 18.5 hours a week Business Support Officer to join the Adolescent Early Help West 1 team. This is a demanding and challenging role, and you will need a calm and organised approach, alongside excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, providing invaluable professional support to Early Help staff in the district.
  • Liaising with families, professionals and colleagues with responsibilities including arranging and minuting meetings, daily mailbox monitoring and dealing with queries, diary management, tracking timescales, acting as the first point of contact for phone queries and updating / uploading to case management systems.
  • Being a skilled administrator proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook and in organising your own time and supporting others to meet deadlines and performance targets.
  • Dealing with a wide range of issues and working collaboratively with colleagues, sharing duties as required throughout the team.
