Kent County Council, West Kent KPAS, is seeking a proactive Attendance Officer to support a range of primary, secondary and special schools across West Kent. You will provide specialist guidance to improve pupil attendance, handle challenging conversations with parents, and collaborate with school staff to meet deadlines.
The role is term-time only (40 weeks per year) and involves travel across Maidstone, Tonbridge and Malling, and Tunbridge Wells.
