This gives us the opportunity to work in a co‑ordinated, preventative, and creative way to maximise people's independence.
We currently have an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our Dover Team. You will receive regular individual supervision from a registered Occupational Therapy Lead and a tailored personal development plan to enable you to develop your career pathway within Kent and be the best that you can be. Kent County Council is committed to flexible and hybrid working opportunities and although we complete our assessments and interventions within a person's own residence or short‑term assessment bed setting, our Occupational Therapists work their non‑clinical time between an office base and/or their home.
Kent County Council is also committed to ensuring that it is increasingly accessible to the public outside of traditional office hours and although Occupational Therapists are not working on a rota basis to deliver a service seven days per week, this may be required in the future.
