37 hours per week will be worked across a range of hours including 6pm finishes and weekend working. As the Customer Services Development Librarian you will take a district lead to develop our local library service. You will be part of a team who work to put the customer at the heart of everything we do and will take a lead role to motivate staff to deliver a quality service and develop skills.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
