We have an exciting opportunity for an Enablement Support Worker with one of the country's biggest and most diverse Local Authorities. Whether you are looking to start a career or develop an existing one in Health and Social Care, this is a job for you!
We currently have an opportunity to join the KEaH Swale Enablement Team, based at Avenue of Remembrance, Sittingbourne, with support delivery in Sittingbourne, Sheerness, and surrounding areas. The Kent Enablement at Home service is a leader in its field, offering excellent benefits and comprehensive training programs. We believe in investing in our staff and the residents of Kent.
Enablement focuses on helping individuals achieve independence or reduce long-term care needs through planned support, including personal care, working alongside a structured team that includes Enablement Locality Organisers, Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and multi-agency partners in KCC and health.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:
