We have an exciting opportunity for a Enablement Support Worker with one of the country's biggest and most diverse Local Authorities. Whether you are looking to start a career or develop an existing one in Health and Social Care this is a job for you! We currently have an opportunity to join the KEaH Ashford Enablement Team. With an office based at Kroner House Ashford, the role covers Ashford, Tenterden, Cranbrook, Chilham, Hothfield and surrounding areas. The Kent Enablement at Home service is a leader in its field, offering excellent benefits and a comprehensive training programme that invests in both staff and residents of Kent. Enablement is about guiding individuals on a journey to independence or reducing long-term care needs, through planned support and daily living activities such as personal care, while working alongside a structured team including the Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and various multi‑agency partners in KCC and health.

- The ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner during shift hours is essential. Public transport is rarely a viable option in some rural areas of Kent.
