We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the KEaH Dover Enablement Team, with an office based at Dover Civic Centre, covering Dover, Sandwich, Aylesham, Ash, Capel-Le-Ferne, Deal and surrounding areas. The Kent Enablement at Home service is one of the leaders in its field. Enablement is all about taking an individual on a journey to independence or reducing long-term care needs through planned support with aspects of daily living including personal care, whilst working for and alongside a structured team that includes the Enablement Locality Organiser, Enablement Supervisors, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, and various multi-agency partners in KCC and health.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

- Ability to travel across the required geographical area
