Care Worker – Broadmeadow Registered Care Centre
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a care worker to join the team at Broadmeadow Registered Care Centre.
Broadmeadow provides rehabilitation, respite and enablement to adults in our 48-bed adult short-stay setting. Our dedicated team deliver enablement-focused care and support to individuals to regain or retain their independence and promote their wellbeing.
Kent County Council offers an attractive employee package with flexible working hours, shifts comprise, early days, late afternoons and weekends and operate on a four-week repeating rota. There is a comprehensive induction and training program with opportunities for progression. A generous annual leave entitlement, employee benefits including discounts on major retailers, uniform and paid training are included.
