We are seeking a motivated Supported Living Purchasing Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a key role responsible for managing all aspects of purchasing supported living packages of care and support, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet individual needs.
About the Role
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing of supported living packages
- Work closely with internal teams, providers, and stakeholders to ensure appropriate care and support arrangements are purchased correctly
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Resolve queries, challenges, and issues efficiently and effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of services while maintaining quality and value for money
This is a hybrid role, with some requirement to travel for meetings and team engagement as needed.
About You
- Has a strong background in business support, data management, and purchasing/procurement
- Ideally has experience working within adult social care
- Can work autonomously and manage a fast-paced workload
- Demonstrates excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Has strong problem‑solving abilities and can confidently resolve issues and queries
- Is confident in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Possesses excellent IT skills, including experience working with databases and systems
