Kent County Council is seeking a Permanent Relief Senior Children's Support Worker to help shape and deliver care at the Athena home in Ashford. The role is on an 'as and when required' basis, not business as usual, and aims to build the home's culture, practice and outcomes from the ground up.

You will lead shifts, ensure safeguarding, support assessment and care planning, and promote children’s rights and continuity of care within a trauma-informed environment, with training provided as needed.
