Kent County Council is recruiting Senior Children’s Support Workers to help shape and deliver care at the new Athena home in Ashford. This permanent part-time role offers 30 hours per week and a chance to build a home from the ground up, leading shifts and modelling best practice.
You will support children with individual care plans, promote safeguarding, and collaborate with professionals to ensure safe, therapeutic outcomes in a trauma-informed environment.
