We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Children’s Community Nursing to join our caring and progressive team in Maidstone.

Main duties of the job

Our team provides support to families with children aged five to 19. This is a varied and interesting role, working closely with local schools to provide the best possible start in life for Kent children.

As a Band 5 Children’s Community Nursing you will work as part of a team to keep children safe and well in Gravesham.

You will use your clinical judgment to support evidence-based care planning and make sure that children and families who use our services have a good experience.
