An exciting opportunity has arisen within the KCHFT Community Hospitals Team for a Bed Manager Team Lead in Sevenoaks. This role requires strong decision-making skills, leadership abilities, and capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You will be creative in coordinating and overseeing hospital bed occupancy to ensure efficient patient flow, minimize delays, and optimize hospital capacity. You will oversee the Bed Managers and be part of their daily working, closely collaborating with the Flow Matron.

Data monitoring and reporting will be key responsibilities, along with interdepartmental collaboration, stepping patients up from our communities to avoid acute hospital admissions and facilitating seamless patient movement from acute sites into our community hospital settings.
