As a Nursery Practitioner at Kent College, you will contribute to a safe, high quality and developmentally appropriate environment for babies and toddlers. Additionally, you will support and motivate other team members, be enthusiastic and passionate about working with children, and will work in partnership with parents, staff and other professionals. This role is 44 hours per week, over 4 days per week, full year.
Kent College is a co-educational school with a Methodist foundation. The school is located in Canterbury, just one hour from the centre of London by train. The Junior School (from Nursery to year 6) has some 200 children and is set on an idyllic 14-acre campus. This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a happy, caring, and successful school in which pupils feel supported and encouraged to aim for high standards of achievement and conduct. Children follow individualised programmes that recognise that all children flourish at different rates and in response to different challenges. The school was graded as excellent in all categories in the recent inspection conducted by ISI in October 2022, the Independent Schools Inspectorate that conducts inspections on behalf of the Secretary of State for Education.
This role is 44 hours per week, over 4 days per week, full year. We offer free on-site parking, free lunch during term time, cycle to work scheme and many more.
