Job Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Gardener / Groundsperson to join our Estates team at Kent College.
The successful candidate will assist with grounds and sports facilities maintenance across the school\’s sites, including the Junior School, Senior School, and Moat Lane. Occasional support to the wider Estates & Operations team may be required.

The Position
This is a part-time role, 24 hours per week over 3 days, year-round. The pay rate is the Real Living Wage, approximately £14,976 gross annually based on 24 hours per week.
