Are you passionate about making a real difference in a child's life? We have two fantastic opportunities to join a dedicated, supportive team working with Lily, a bright, bubbly, and engaging 7-year-old girl in her family home in Biddenden. Lily has cerebral palsy, which affects her mobility and movement. She communicates using speech, Makaton and symbols, and enjoys being outdoors, swimming, music, arts and crafts, playing with her siblings and bubbles.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Lily with her daily routine, personal care and activities
- Following therapy programmes and encouraging skill development
- Supporting communication, mobility and independence
- Working closely with Lily's family, therapists and case management team
About you:
- Patient, kind, reliable and nurturing
- Experience with or caring for young children, including personal experience
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Confident driving a wheelchair accessible vehicle, or willing to learn
- Good communication skills and able to follow guidance and therapy plans
- Functional Skills/GCSEs in Maths and English, with basic IT literacy

Hours available:
- Morning role: 3 mornings per week, 6:45am - 8:30am
- Afternoon/evening role: activity and therapy support, 3 shifts per week, 3:30pm - 6:30pm
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check. Full specialist training will be provided.
