Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for an experienced and professional Registered Cluster Home Manager to lead two residential services in Ashford, supporting autistic adults to live fulfilling and independent lives.

The Kent Autistic Trust is a registered charity dedicated to enabling autistic adults to achieve the best quality of life. We provide specialist expertise across a range of services, including:
- Residential and supported living
- Vocational, educational, and therapeutic programs
- Social and occupational support
We also advocate for the needs of autistic individuals and their families across Kent, striving to maintain Good and Outstanding CQC ratings.
The Role
As a CQC Registered Manager, you will be a visible, proactive leader responsible for two services supporting 11 adults. You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a specialist support team, ensuring high standards of practice
- Act decisively to address problems or seize opportunities
- Maintain safety, manage risk, and adapt quickly to challenging situations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as the Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, Safeguarding, DOLS, MCA, and best interest processes
- Lead and support two services with the help of two Assistant Managers, team leaders, and specialist support staff
- Oversee a team working 24/7 on a 3-week rolling rota of early and late shifts
- Collaborate with Senior Management and the Quality & Compliance team to achieve the organisation's quality vision
- Participate in the On-Call Rota while maintaining a standard working week of Monday to Friday

Key Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience leading care teams with an emphasis on practice leadership
- Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for adult social care
- Ideally hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with tenants, families, staff, and external stakeholders
We're looking for a confident, visible leader who can inspire and develop a specialist care team. You will have:
- At least 5 years experience coaching and leading care teams, with a focus on practice leadership
- The ability to respond quickly and effectively to challenges, ensuring safety and positive risk management
- Strong knowledge and experience of regulatory frameworks, including the Care Act, Health and Social Care Act, Safeguarding, DoLS, MCA, capacity, and best interest processes
- Ideally, a Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification or equivalent
