Working closely with managers, support teams, families and external professionals, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred and non-aversive support is embedded across your allocated area.
This is not a desk-based advisory role. You will be visible within services, coaching teams, responding to behavioural support needs and helping services navigate complex situations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting PBS practice across an allocated geographical area (Across Kent)
- Completing behavioural observations, functional assessments and data analysis.
- Developing, implementing and reviewing person-centred PBS plans.

- Promoting proactive, preventative and low-arousal approaches.
- Reducing restrictive practices and improving quality of life outcomes.
- Delivering PBS training, workshops and practical coaching to staff teams.
- Supporting assessments, transitions and admissions of new people joining KAT.
- Working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals.

About You
You will be an experienced PBS practitioner with the confidence to coach others, build strong relationships and drive high-quality practice across services.
