The Kent Autistic Trust is seeking an experienced Head of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to lead PBS practice across our organisation. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on professional expertise to improve quality of life for autistic people and those with learning disabilities supported by the charity.
You will oversee the PBS team, drive training, safeguarding and governance, and work closely with families and professionals to embed person-centred PBS across.
