An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join the West Kent Directorate Team within the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. We are seeking a skilled, organized, and enthusiastic Business Administrator to support the Senior Management Team and the wider Directorate.

The role is busy and varied, working closely with the Directorate Management Team. The successful candidate should have previous administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, good time management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for liaising effectively with staff at all levels and working as part of a team.

You should be confident, innovative, motivated, and capable of working independently to a high standard of accuracy.

Main duties of the job

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Provide high-level business support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Collaborate with operational managers to standardize administration practices across services within the Directorate.
  • Assist operational managers in adapting systems and processes to new pathways and models of care.
  • Promote continuous improvement in practices based on service demand and needs.
