Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the medical staffing team. As a member of the medical recruitment team, you will ensure the recruitment process is carried out in a confidential, smooth and timely manner.

You will need excellent IT skills, previous experience working in a busy customer-focused environment, ideally in recruitment and/or medical staffing, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.

The team is currently based at home for 80% of the working week, with 20% spent on-site in Maidstone, in accordance with our current hybrid working policy. Travel to other KMPT locations may be required.

Medical Staffing is part of the People Team Directorate and is therefore at the centre of organisational changes within the organisation. The post-holder will be based within the Medical Staffing department, working closely with the Medical HR Recruitment Leads and Deputy Medical Staffing Manager to ensure the provision of a professional, high quality, customer-focused medical recruitment service. The post-holder will support the activities of all of the Trust’s Medical recruitment, ensuring all administrative processes are carried out in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Support the activities of KMPT’s Medical recruitment function and ensure administrative processes are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Medical HR Recruitment Leads and the Deputy Medical Staffing Manager to provide a professional, high-quality, customer-focused medical recruitment service.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with organisational requirements.
  • Contribute to efficient recruitment workflows in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications and attributes

  • Excellent IT skills and experience in a busy customer-focused environment, ideally in recruitment or medical staffing.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Adaptability to a hybrid working pattern (home-based with on-site requirements) and potential travel to other KMPT locations.
