We specialise in Additive Manufacturing, Advanced Materials, Aerospace, MedTech, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing client relationships to sourcing talent and closing roles
- Deliver targeted hiring solutions aligned with Industry 4.0 markets
- Quickly understand complex technical industries, including Additive Manufacturing and Aerospace
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to business growth
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in recruitment or B2B sales
- A proven track record of hitting targets, ideally within a consultative sales environment
- Someone intellectually curious, autonomous, and accountable
- Confident, personable, and trustworthy
- The ability to learn technical terminology and communicate effectively with clients
- A degree or engineering background would be an advantage, though it is not essential
