Proven experience leading operations or production within a dental laboratory or comparable technical manufacturing environment. Strong people leadership: confident in performance management, coaching, and team engagement. Operationally sharp: planning, prioritisation, workflow control, and problem-solving under pressure. High standards and a quality-first mindset; Experience in digital dental workflows (e.g., CAD/CAM operations, scanning, milling, 3D printing workflows). Lean / continuous improvement exposure (5S, SOP development, process mapping, KPI management). Budget awareness and experience supporting commercial/operational targets.
