  • 1x Crown & Bridge Manager
  • 1x Implant Technician

We are interested in hearing from experienced dental technicians at different levels, from strong hands-on technicians through to established technical leaders. These opportunities sit within a modern laboratory working across traditional and digital workflows. Depending on your specialism, you will focus on producing high-quality restorations, maintaining technical standards, supporting complex cases, and helping the wider team deliver consistent work to deadline.

Prosthetics Technicians

We are looking for two experienced technicians with a strong background in removable prosthetics. You will be responsible for producing consistently high-quality work across areas such as dentures and other removable restorations, working accurately to prescriptions and agreed turnaround times. The ideal candidates will have strong bench skills, excellent attention to detail, and take real pride in fit, function, finish, and overall workmanship.

Crown & Bridge Manager

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced Crown & Bridge technician who can lead standards while continuing to contribute technically. You will oversee quality and workflow within the Crown & Bridge department, support and develop other technicians, troubleshoot complex cases, and work closely with the wider management team to improve consistency, turnaround times, and production standards. Experience across digital workflows, CAD-CAM, milling, ceramics, zirconia, and other fixed restorations would be highly valuable.

Implant Technician

We are looking for an experienced Implant Technician with a strong understanding of implant restorations and complex restorative cases. You will support the planning, production, and quality control of implant work, working closely with clinicians and the wider laboratory team to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes. Experience with full-arch restorations, digital implant workflows, CAD-CAM, milling, or 3D printing would be particularly beneficial.

Key responsibilities

Depending on your role and area of expertise, responsibilities may include:

  • Producing high-quality dental restorations to prescription and deadline
  • Maintaining strong standards across fit, function, occlusion, aesthetics, and final finish
  • Carrying out quality control and helping reduce remakes
  • Troubleshooting technically complex cases
  • Communicating with clinicians and laboratory partners around case requirements
  • Working effectively across traditional and digital production workflows
  • Supporting smooth handovers between scan intake, production, finishing, and final QC
  • Using or working alongside CAD-CAM, milling, and 3D printing technologies
  • Supporting urgent, complex, or fast-turnaround cases
  • Mentoring and developing other technicians where relevant
  • Helping improve workflow, consistency, and turnaround reliability

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as a Dental Technician within a commercial dental laboratory
  • Strong technical skills within prosthetics, Crown & Bridge, or implant restorations
  • A quality-first approach and high attention to detail
  • The ability to work accurately to prescriptions and deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Confidence working within a busy, modern laboratory environment

For the Crown & Bridge Manager position, previous leadership experience through management, supervision, training, or mentoring is required.

Desirable experience

  • Digital dental workflows
  • CAD-CAM
  • Milling and 3D printing
  • Implant restorations and full-arch cases
  • Same-day or fast-turnaround workflows
  • Workflow or quality improvement
  • GDC registration, where relevant to the position

Why apply?

This is an opportunity to join a modern and growing dental laboratory investing in its people, technical capability, and digital production. Whether you are an experienced Prosthetics Technician, an Implant specialist, or a Crown & Bridge leader ready to take ownership of a department, we would like to hear from you.
