Rate: £ negotiable (Candidate dependent on qualifications and experience)
Days: Monday – Friday (07:30 am -7:30 pm)

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young children within a private household
• Experience in a Mother’s Help, Family Assistant or similar hybrid role
• Confidence preparing healthy, nutritious family meals
• Excellent organisational skills with a naturally proactive approach
• The ability to anticipate the family’s needs and use your initiative
• A discreet, professional and flexible manner
• Confidence taking direction and working collaboratively alongside Mum

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, highly organised Mother’s Help / Family PA to join a lovely young family during an exciting stage of family life. The family have two young children: a baby of six months and a toddler aged two‑and‑a‑half. Working alongside a hands‑on mum, you’ll play an important supporting role, helping the household run effortlessly while ensuring the children enjoy a calm, happy and well‑organised daily routine. Mum is the primary caregiver and is looking for someone who is intuitive, proactive and naturally able to anticipate what needs doing. The ideal person will know when to step in with confidence and when to quietly support behind the scenes, becoming a trusted extension of the family. The position combines practical childcare support with household management, family assistance and cooking, making it ideal for someone who enjoys creating an organised, welcoming home environment.
