Live-in: Separate bedroom and bathroom (Live-out option if you live nearby)
Start: ASAP/ Flexible for the right candidate
Rate: Live-in £50000 gross per annum/ Live-out negotiable (Candidate dependent)
Days: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 06:00 pm) + flexibility to arrangesome days at 6:00 am-4:00 pm for a live in.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years’ professional Nanny experience.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development; a relevant childcare qualification is preferred.
• Native English or Russian or French speaker would be beneficial but not essential.
• Norland candidates preferred.
• Confident planning stimulating, age-appropriate activities and outings.
• Comfortable preparing healthy, varied meals for a baby.
• Able to work collaboratively with actively involved parents while taking sole charge when required.
• Previous international travel with a family is highly desirable.
• Calm, nurturing, proactive and organised, with a genuine commitment to the little boy’s development.

A fantastic position awaits an experienced Nanny who loves the energy and curiosity of the baby years. Based near Chelsea Waterfront, this family are looking for a knowledgeable, nurturing professional to play an active role in their 10-month-old son’s world, supporting his development as he discovers new skills, explores his surroundings and grows in confidence. With an established routine, a happy and sociable little boy, and plenty of scope for enriching activities and outings, this role would suit a Nanny who brings both genuine affection and a thoughtful, development-led approach to her work. Mum and Dad are both actively involved, and the Nanny must be comfortable working alongside parents while maintaining a professional, proactive approach and keeping the little boy’s needs at the centre of her day. The family are looking for someone calm, warm and attentive who can build a strong bond with their son while bringing sound judgement, initiative and a genuine understanding of the early years. The family travel extensively internationally, and the Nanny will be expected to accompany them. Previous experience travelling with families is therefore highly desirable, alongside the flexibility and organisation needed to maintain consistency in the little boy’s routine away from home.
