Rate: £52000 – £58000 gross per annum (Candidate dependent)
Days: Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 05:30 pm)
Key Requirements:
- Degree educated, with substantial professional Nanny experience.
- Proven experience caring for multiple children of different ages, ideally including toddlers and school-aged children.
- Native English speaker with excellent spoken English and the ability to support reading, homework and language development.
- Energetic, proactive and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in children’s learning and development.
- Confident managing sole-charge care and independently coordinating school runs, nursery collections, clubs and three children’s schedules.
An experienced, degree-educated Nanny is sought by a busy professional family in Pimlico to care for their three boys, aged seven, four and two. This is a fantastic position for an energetic, proactive and intellectually curious Nanny who enjoys working with children of different ages and can confidently manage the demands of a busy school-week routine.Both parents run their own business and work full-time, so reliability, punctuality and excellent organisation are essential. The family are looking for someone who can take ownership of the boys’ schedules, manage school and nursery collections across Pimlico and Chelsea, coordinate after-school activities and ensure that each child receives the individual attention they need.The eldest, aged seven, is bright, articulate and an enthusiastic reader with a naturally curious mind. The family would love a Nanny who can engage him in thoughtful, age-appropriate conversations, broaden his general knowledge and support his reading and schoolwork. He enjoys football and spending time outdoors, so someone who is happy to kick a ball around at the park and encourage his interests will be particularly well suited.His four-year-old brother has a wonderful imagination and loves a Nanny who will join in his games, read with him and encourage his growing independence and literacy. He is also an active little boy who enjoys being outside, and the family place real importance on outdoor play and physical activity.The youngest, aged two, is a happy, smiley little boy who adores his older brothers. He currently naps from approximately 11:30am to 1:30pm and will begin morning nursery in April 2027. Until then, his routine will be a central part of the Nanny’s day, with a focus on nurturing care, age-appropriate play and supporting his development. He is not yet potty trained, so the Nanny should be confident supporting this stage when appropriate. This role would suit a bright, dependable and highly organised Nanny who genuinely enjoys engaging with children, encourages an active lifestyle and can balance three different stages of childhood with confidence, warmth and initiative.
