Rate: Live-in £50000/ Live-out £62400 gross per annum (Candidate dependent)
Days: 4 week days between Monday - Friday (7:30 am - 07:30 pm)
Key Requirements:
- Norland-trained or qualified to degree level in Early Childhood Education, or a similar discipline.
- Strong knowledge of infant development, developmental milestones and age-appropriate activities.
- Proven experience caring for babies, ideally including weaning and establishing or maintaining routines.
- Fluent English speaker; Polish would be an advantage.
- Proactive and confident in taking the lead on the baby’s daily care and development.
- Organised and routine-led, with excellent planning and time-management skills.
- Confident arranging outings, playdates and baby classes to create a stimulating weekly programme.
- Excellent communication skills, including providing daily updates and maintaining detailed logs for the parents.
- Comfortable around two cats and a Dalmatian, and willing to care for the animals during proxy parenting.
- Flexible to travel with the family for approximately 3-4 weeks per year.

Daily updates and detailed logs are also valued, so excellent communication and a thoughtful, organised approach are important. The ideal candidate will be warm, discreet, dependable and exceptionally well organised, with the professional confidence to take ownership of the baby’s care while working harmoniously with the parents and the wider household team. Norland training or a BA in Early Childhood Education, or a similar qualification, is essential. The family are flexible regarding accommodation, offering either a live-in arrangement, potentially in a separate flat close to the family home, or a live-out position. The live-in role includes two evenings of babysitting per week. For a live-out Nanny, babysitting would be arranged in advance and paid additionally.
