Join Kensington Mortgages as our new National Accounts Manager, where you’ll lead key partnerships across networks, clubs, and third-party distribution channels.
As the trusted face of Kensington, you’ll deliver sales targets, deepen relationships with major mortgage intermediaries, and champion our award-winning products. This high-impact role engages stakeholders from executive teams to sales desks—helping them understand our market, products, and strategic goals.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow business across national mortgage intermediaries, estate agents, and new build partners
- Deliver volume, quality, and product mix targets
- Promote Kensington’s solutions to secure new and incremental business
- Represent Kensington at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars
- Drive structured campaigns aligned with our Sales Plan
- Analyse account performance and optimise results
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
- Ensure compliance with FCA principles, Treating Customers Fairly, and Consumer Duty
- Uphold company policies and risk management standards
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in the mortgage intermediary market
- Strong track record managing IFA and intermediary relationships
- Confident presenter with excellent report writing skills
- Commercially savvy with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight when needed
- Full, valid UK driving licence
🎓 Qualifications
- CeMAP / CF1 & CF2 qualified or working towards qualification
- Educated to at least A level standard or professional equivalent (e.g., FPC)
