We're Hiring: Delivery Transformation Lead (12-Month FTC) Hybrid Working – Minimum 1 day per week in our Marlow office
Are you an experienced delivery leader with a passion for driving change, transforming ways of working, and building high-performing teams? We're looking for a Delivery Transformation Lead to join our Business Change function and play a key role in shaping how change is delivered across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Programme Delivery, you'll lead and develop our Project Management team while driving the evolution of delivery capability, governance and modern ways of working.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Project Managers
- Driving the transformation and modernisation of delivery practices
- Championing Agile, Product and Value Stream approaches
- Aligning project delivery with strategic business objectives
- Managing resources, capability and delivery performance across multiple initiatives
- Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Overseeing governance, risk management and delivery reporting
- Embedding frameworks, methodologies and best practice
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
What we're looking for:
- Experience building, transforming and leading a Project Management function
- Strong leadership experience within change, transformation or delivery environments
- Proven track record operating within Agile, Product and Value Stream delivery models
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience developing governance frameworks and delivery standards
- Strong people leadership and coaching capability
- Experience in a regulated environment (Financial Services or Mortgage experience highly desirable)
- Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, APM and Lean methodologies
