Are you an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on driving change, improving processes, and delivering successful business outcomes?

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Change team, playing a key role in delivering technology, process, operational and organisational change initiatives across a regulated financial services environment.

Working closely with business stakeholders, clients, project managers, and technical teams, you'll be responsible for understanding business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions are successfully delivered and embedded.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Gather, analyse and document business requirements aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture and validate requirements.
  • Create user journeys, process maps, business requirements documents and impact assessments.
  • Conduct gap analyses and current-state reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
  • Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
  • Develop UAT scenarios, test scripts, traceability matrices and supporting documentation.
  • Identify risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
  • Support business case development, change management, communications and training initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and retrospectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Experience using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and/or Jira to manage requirements, user stories and testing activities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Mortgage lending experience.
  • Knowledge of securitisation or broader lending operations.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers or client relationships.
  • Understanding of IT systems, technology change, and software delivery lifecycles.
