What You'll Do

  • Assess and approve Residential & Buy-to-Let mortgage applications
  • Apply FCA standards and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
  • Collaborate with brokers and internal teams
  • Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and process improvements
  • Maintain high standards in risk-based decision‐making

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in Prime & Specialist lending
  • Mandate of £200k+
  • Strong communication and broker engagement skills
  • Knowledge of FCA permissions and fraud prevention
  • Experience with niche Buy-to-Let lending (HMOs, refurbishments, multi‐unit)
  • Manual Underwriting experience
