Overall Purpose of the Job:
Deliver effective sourcing and third-party risk management ensuring that goods and services are sourced cost effectively and third-party risks are managed within the IT category.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead IT sourcing strategy across renewals, new contracts, and supplier selection.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, influencing commercial decisions and ensuring policy alignment.
- Own category spend, driving cost savings and value delivery.
- Manage key supplier relationships, ensuring performance, innovation, and service quality.
- Embed and support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) across the supplier lifecycle.
- Provide governance, reporting, and oversight to ensure compliance and risk control.
Experience:
- Strong experience in IT sourcing / category management within a regulated Financial Services Environment.
- Proven track record in complex negotiations and contract management.
- Experience in TPRM and regulated environments.
- Commercially driven with strong stakeholder influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive cost optimisation and supplier performance.
- Excellent Presentation Skills.
