We’re Hiring: Payroll & HR Operations Executive (12 Months FTC) Remote Monday – Friday, 09:00–17:30 About the role We’re looking for a Payroll & HR Operations Executive to join our HR team on a 12 Months FTC to cover Maternity Leave. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering a high-quality HR operations and payroll service, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and a strong employee experience. You’ll take ownership of payroll support, employee queries and family leave processes, while acting as a key point of expertise across HR operations, absence and compliance. What you’ll be doing Payroll & Benefits • Support monthly payroll and resolve complex employee queries • Produce post-payroll reports and manage finance queries • Manage benefits administration, deductions and reconciliations • Support PSA submissions, expenses and payroll improvements HR Operations & Systems • Maintain accurate employee records in PeopleXD • Manage relationships with payroll and GIP providers • Lead Group Income Protection cases end-to-end • Deliver statutory reporting including ONS surveys • Support HR system enhancements and testing Family Leave & Absence • Lead end-to-end administration of family leave processes • Manage unpaid sickness absence and non-standard cases • Ensure consistent and compliant application of policy and legislation Employee Relations Support • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries • Support HRBPs with ER casework and documentation What we’re looking for • Experience in HR operations and/or payroll within a complex environment • Strong knowledge of family leave legislation and absence processes • Experience managing payroll queries, GIP cases and non-standard scenarios • Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently • Experience with HR systems (PeopleXD desirable) Why join Kensington Mortgages Our people are at the heart of our success.
