💼 About the Role
As Completions Team Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service, drive efficiency, and implement strategic change. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring service levels are met and exceeded.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service.
- Drive performance through coaching, reviews, and development.
- Manage resources to meet SLAs and business goals.
- Foster a culture of engagement, motivation, and accountability.
- Strengthen client relationships and support operational reviews.
- Champion process improvements and risk management.
- Be a role model for company values and leadership.
🧠 What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing teams in operational environments (Financial Services/regulatory experience a plus).
- Strong analytical and KPI management skills.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication abilities.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
