💼 About the Role

As Completions Team Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service, drive efficiency, and implement strategic change. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring service levels are met and exceeded.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver top-tier service.
• Drive performance through coaching, reviews, and development.
• Manage resources to meet SLAs and business goals.
• Foster a culture of engagement, motivation, and accountability.
• Strengthen client relationships and support operational reviews.
• Champion process improvements and risk management.
• Be a role model for company values and leadership.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience managing teams in operational environments (Financial Services/regulatory experience a plus).
• Strong analytical and KPI management skills.
• Excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication abilities.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
