We are looking for an experienced Completions Manager to lead the end to end processing of mortgage applications through to completion. You will drive team performance, maintain high standards of data accuracy, and ensure all financial, regulatory and service requirements are consistently met. This is a key leadership role shaping operational quality and customer outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing completions team
  • Ensure smooth, accurate and efficient processing of mortgage cases
  • Maintain strong relationships with Underwriting, Credit, Finance and third parties
  • Deliver excellent customer service and act as an escalation point
  • Manage workflow, quality control, audits and compliance standards
  • Improve processes, drive efficiency and optimise service delivery
  • Oversee funds approval and release within mandate levels
  • Ensure all activity meets regulatory and internal policy requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Experience leading teams in mortgage operations or completions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and financial controls
  • Excellent communication, coaching and decision making skills
  • Ability to analyse MI, manage risk and improve processes
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • GCSEs including English and Maths essential
  • Completions, securitisation or underwriting experience an advantage
