We’re looking for an experienced Automation Analyst to join a growing automation function within a regulated financial services environment. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role — not a narrow DevOps or support position. You’ll have ownership across the full automation lifecycle, working closely with the business to design, build, and deliver automation that drives real operational improvement.

What Makes This Role Different?

  • Not a BAU DevOps or support role
  • Full ownership of end-to-end automation delivery
  • Highly business-facing — strong stakeholder exposure
  • Opportunity to shape and improve processes
  • You’ll advise, influence and challenge — not just build

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing, developing and deploying RPA solutions (Blue Prism essential)
  • Building and managing end-to-end automation workflows
  • Working directly with stakeholders to:
    • Understand processes and pain points
    • Challenge existing ways of working
    • Recommend smarter, automated solutions
  • Incident resolution
  • Root cause analysis
  • Ensuring all automation is secure, resilient and compliant

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience delivering RPA / automation solutions
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Blue Prism (or similar RPA)
  • Experience across the full automation lifecycle
  • Strong stakeholder management — able to challenge and influence
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions
  • Comfortable working in a small, flexible team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workflow engines / BPM tools (e.g., Laserfiche or similar)
  • SQL / database knowledge
  • Experience in financial services / regulated environments

Benefits

We offer a supportive, flexible working environment with a strong focus on work‑life balance and an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued. We celebrate diversity across thinking styles, backgrounds, and experiences, ensuring everyone can contribute and thrive.
