We are Hiring: National Accounts Manager
Working Hours: Full Time (Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30)
Location: UK-wide (frequent travel required)

About the Role
Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for driving growth? Kensington Mortgages is looking for a National Accounts Manager to lead key partnerships across networks, clubs, and third-party distribution channels.
You'll be the trusted face of Kensington, delivering sales targets, deepening relationships with major mortgage intermediaries, and championing our award-winning products.
This is a high-impact role where you'll engage with stakeholders at every level from executive teams to sales desks helping them understand our market, products, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow business across national mortgage intermediaries, estate agents, and new build partners
- Deliver volume, quality, and product mix targets
- Promote Kensington's solutions to secure new and incremental business
- Represent Kensington at industry events, exhibitions, and seminars
- Drive structured campaigns aligned with our Sales Plan
- Analyse account performance and take proactive steps to optimise results
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to shape strategy
- Ensure full compliance with FCA principles, Treating Customers Fairly, and Consumer Duty
- Uphold company policies and risk management standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience in the mortgage intermediary market
- Strong track record managing IFA and intermediary relationships
- Confident presenter with excellent report writing skills
- Commercially savvy with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay overnight when needed
- Full, valid UK driving licence
Qualifications
- CeMAP/CF1 & CF2 qualified or working towards qualification
- Educated to at least A level standard or professional equivalent (e.g., FPC)
