We're Hiring – Lead Project Manager (Business Change)
Location: Remote (UK residents only)
Hours – M-F 09:00-17:30
Line Management – 6+ Direct Reports

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of project managers, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
- Ensure all projects align with organisational strategy and deliver real business value.
- Continuously review and improve project management tools and techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and managing expectations.
- Champion agile and value stream approaches, supporting the transition to new ways of working.
- Optimise resources across multiple projects, ensuring teams have what they need to succeed.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Oversee performance monitoring and reporting, driving high-quality delivery.
- Promote a culture of feedback and learning, embedding best practices for future success.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in senior change management roles within fast-paced, regulated environments (mortgage sector experience highly desirable).
- Experience leading, transforming, and building project management functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- People-focused leader who motivates teams and promotes growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with multiple change management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, Agile, Lean).
- Logical, analytical thinker with a proactive, articulate, and responsive style.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and take ownership.
