Department: Business Change Monday-Friday / Permanent Are you an experienced Business Analyst who thrives on driving change, improving processes, and delivering successful business outcomes?
We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Change team, playing a key role in delivering technology, process, operational and organisational change initiatives across a regulated financial services environment.
Working closely with business stakeholders, clients, project managers, and technical teams, you'll be responsible for understanding business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring solutions are successfully delivered and embedded.
What You'll Be Doing Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.
Produce user journeys, process maps, business requirements documents, and impact assessments.
