This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of franchise development at one of the most prestigious names in international real estate. As Head of Franchise, you will be the driving force behind the growth, performance, and operational excellence of our franchise network in the UK - identifying, acquiring, and developing the partners who will carry the KENSINGTON brand forward. This is not a back-office role. You will be front and centre building relationships, closing deals, and shaping the future of our network.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will lead the full franchise partner lifecycle from first conversation to signed agreement and beyond.
  • Identifying prospective franchise partners through both company-supported pipelines and your own independently built network, presenting the Kensington proposition with conviction, and guiding candidates through to a successful launch.
  • You will take ownership of partner onboarding and performance - designing induction programmes, providing ongoing coaching, and acting as the primary point of contact for our growing network of franchise partners across England.
  • You will facilitate cross-network collaboration, connecting franchise territories to maximise referral opportunities and drive collective performance.
  • At a strategic level, you will contribute to brand standards, network expansion planning, and the continuous improvement of our franchise systems - reporting directly to senior leadership and representing KENSINGTON with credibility and commercial authority.

Who We Are Looking For

You are a commercially driven, relationship-first professional who thrives in an environment where your results are visible and your earnings reflect your performance. You have a track record of closing high-value deals, whether in real estate, franchise sales, or a comparably complex B2B environment and you know how to build a pipeline from scratch as well as convert warm leads. You are equally comfortable presenting to a boardroom and coaching a new business owner through their first months. You understand the prime London property market, or you are hungry to learn it fast. Above all, you are motivated by building something - a network, a reputation, a legacy within a globally recognised brand.

You will bring:

  • A demonstrable track record in business development, franchise sales, or prime residential real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and drive results without being managed.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to execute.
  • Existing relationships within the property or franchise sector are a strong advantage.
