What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Lettings to lead and grow our lettings division in London. If you are a driven professional with a strong background in residential lettings, leadership, and portfolio development, we want to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Build, lead and manage the lettings division of our London office
- Grow a high-quality portfolio of residential properties across prime central London
- Attract and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients
- Oversee compliance with lettings legislation and industry regulations (e.g., Right to Rent, deposit protection)
- Conduct valuations, market appraisals, and property instructions with professionalism and confidence
- Drive new business through proactive networking, local outreach, and digital lead generation
- Lead and mentor a growing lettings team, ensuring performance and service standards
- Report to the Managing Director on KPIs and business development strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in residential lettings, ideally within central London
- In-depth knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Previous experience in team leadership or departmental management
- Previous experience with Built to Rent
- Demonstrated success in portfolio growth and landlord acquisition
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow and lead a business unit
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and commercial skills
- Proficient in property software and CRM systems
