The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of senior-level administrative support and fluency in Russian, with the ability to manage a diverse range of business and personal tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across spreadsheets and databases.

Contact Management: Organize, update, and maintain contact lists, including business partners, clients, and suppliers (Excel, AirTable).

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and oversee Zoom meetings, circulate invitations, and ensure all details are efficiently managed.

Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format business documents, presentations, and reports.

Research & Data Mining: Conduct online research to gather business intelligence and prepare company profiles.

Excel & Reporting: Build and maintain spreadsheets to support data analysis and business reporting.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have:

Minimum 7 years’ experience as an executive or business assistant to UHNWIs, CEOs, or high-profile business leaders.

Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is essential.

Advanced proficiency with digital tools. SQL knowledge is advantageous.
