The Dalgarno Trust is seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Worker to join their dynamic team. If you are committed to supporting young people, creating safe and inclusive environments, and delivering engaging sessions, we want to hear from you!
As a Youth Club Worker, you will lead and support weekly evening youth club sessions and develop engaging projects for young people aged 7β16. You will also be involved in planning, outreach, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Youth Programme.
This is a 14-hour-per-week role during term time:
- Mondays: 4β8pm
- Tuesdays (admin/planning): 9β3.30pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)
During school holidays, you will support the Youth Holiday Camp (10amβ3pm), with working hours adapted to the programme. Additional hours will be pre-arranged and paid accordingly.
The role is funded for 2 years, with opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.
Please note, this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, arranged by Dalgarno Trust.
